No, this is not an insurance plan. Our discount plan provides you with 20% off most dental procedures. You will pay the discounted price at the time services are received.

No. The Village Family Dental VIP Plan may not be used in conjunction with insurance plans.

Can members use CareCredit to pay for treatment discounted by the Village Family Dental VIP Plan?
No. Members may not apply for CareCredit when using the Village Family Dental VIP Plan.

When will the member's automatic renewal be charged?
Renewals will be charged annually on the 1st of the effective month for the member. Members will receive a mailed notice 30 days in advance reminding them of the automatic renewal.

What does a member need to do if they want to upgrade their plan level?
Members will call Village Family Dental VIP Plan's dedicated line at (844) 687-3359 where a customer service representative will make the change and charge their card the Village Family Dental VIP Plan difference.

Will ID cards need to be updated as well?
No, as the tiered-level purchase is not shown on the ID card.
